These terms apply to your use of this website. The site gives general information about our company and services, and it does not sell anything directly.
Any development, publishing or other project work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Our services
We work in computer game development and video game publishing, including release preparation, localisation coordination and post-release updates. Scope, schedule and commercial terms are agreed individually in writing.
We do not provide technical support for games, software, devices, platforms or operating systems made by other companies.
Game ideas and material you send us
Sending us an idea, build or other material does not transfer any rights to us and does not create an agreement. Please send only material you are allowed to share.
Information on this website
We aim to keep this website accurate and up to date. Its content, including the project sorter, is general information and does not replace advice given for your specific situation. Nothing on the site is a binding offer.
Intellectual property
The text and design of this website belong to Kogama Works ApS or are used with permission. You may read and share them for personal or normal business purposes. Other reuse requires our written agreement.
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website, or from a temporary interruption of the site. Liability under a services contract is set out in that contract.

If you are unhappy with anything concerning our website or services, please write to info@kogamaworks.com or to our registered address, describing the issue. We will confirm receipt and aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are a consumer, you may also be able to bring a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish centre for complaint boards (naevneneshus.dk).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Denmark. Disputes with businesses fall under the competent courts of Denmark. Consumers keep any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country of residence.
